She told me the price for the repair today on a dishwasher. Said it may be the water filler valve. But whatever she did go it to work. It hadn’t been used in a long time after buying a condo and seems to be working fine now. She said if anything happens with the water again to give them a call. Our fridge and ice machine stopped working on a weekend which made it hard to contact the company. The freezer was still holding temperature. After we called this company to diagnose the issue, they told us we would need a new compressor. Quoted $1,000. After researching we were able to get the whirlpool tech out the following Monday. Properly diagnose it was the fan that needed to be replaced ($300).

Save yourself the headache and use anyone else! Service woman came out and they said one part was the issue, so I paid for a new part (that ended up not being the problem). They had told me this part would take 6 months to arrive, but the first parts store I called got it to me in 10 days. They came out to replace the part, but didn’t check it actually worked. Then when I needed them to come back to fix a leak caused by the part replacement, they kept pushing me off. I waited around home for days and pushed off a camping trip, they kept giving excuses that it’s too hot to drive or there was a family emergency. They would tell me the day of or the night before that they weren’t coming and here’s my new time. I finally called another company to come fix the problem they caused.

I don’t often give poor reviews but this provider earned a special mention if I could give 0 I would. TLDR: just but a new machine or go elsewhere, in 4 months they had to come out 7 times and it cost more than a new machine. We had a dryer issue and the best thing we have learned is to just buy a new one. Samsung placed them on their list of companies, so beware. Tech came out the first time said two things were broken and could fix it. Just under the point of fixing it would cost less than buying a new one, dryer is “fixed” for a few days. Tech comes back and says a different part is broken and usually all three parts break – if we had known that we would not have proceeded.
The next few months each “fix” lasts a few weeks before the machine craps out. They eventually say they will replace the machine with a new or “scratch and dent machine”, great. However, they install a older machine and it also stopped working in a few weeks. They will often give a time window and decide to either not show up for the day or show up 3-4h late (only after you’ve called). They say the tech will call you when they are on their way, they do not. Highly unprofessional, their “warranty” is applied haphazardly. Avoid at all costs.

Edit: the vent was clean and we brought out an electrician to check the wiring. We were also told you shouldn’t do more than one load of laundry at a time because it’s “too much”.
The dryer should not just last for a couple weeks of it being “fixed” before the same issue keeps occurring
